Shipping Cost

Film, ink and powder orders over $350 qualify for free shipping. MicroTec heat presses always ship free, direct from MicroTec. Printers and shakers ship freight, quoted at order.

Shipping cost for other products will be calculated at checkout.

Faster options, including UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air®, are offered at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

We make it our mission to ensure that all orders are processed and shipped out the same or next business day.

Order Cutoff Time for same day shipping is 12PM MST. Orders placed afterwards will be shipped out the next business day.

*Please note that we only process orders Monday-Friday, excluding major Holidays.

Please note that any shipping time stated on our website or given by our customer service representatives are estimates only. Postal services are not infallible. Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your package in time but we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address information.

Contact us with any shipping related issues and we'll do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.

TRACKING NUMBERS

Your tracking number will be provided to you by email once your item(s) have been shipped. Please allow a 1-3 business days for the shipping company to activate/update your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us with your name, email, and order number.
